This episode is all about the arts. This week’s art is the Russian Art of Sambo. Meet Serge Gerlach. He is a long time friend of mine and an instructor of Sambo. He has dedicated about 15 years of his life to the art. He talks about how he was introduce to Sambo, the history of Sambo as well as the differences between Sport Sambo and Combat Sambo.
